Job Description - Ethnic Wear Sales Executive

Positine:Sales Executive - Ethnic Wear

Salary:₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience, product knowledge & selling capability)

Job Purpose:
To provide an exceptional shopping experience by assisting customers in selecting ethnic wear and achieving individual as well as store sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Sell Lehenga, Gown, Suit, Unstitched Suit Pieces, Sarees & Ethnic Wear.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features, fabrics, designs, fittings and styling options.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell matching accessories and complementary products.
- Maintain VM standards, product display and floor discipline.
- Ensure proper stock handling, replenishment and merchandise care.




- Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- 1-5 years of retail sales experience in Ethnic Wear is preferred.
- Good knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, sizing and latest fashion trends.
- Solid communication, selling and customer handling skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work on weekends and during festive seasons.
