Area Sales Manager - Medical Education

About MedPG

MedPG is a medical education platform dedicated to helping MBBS students and doctors prepare for postgraduate medical entrance examinations through classroom coaching, mentorship, and technology-enabled learning solutions.

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our field sales operations across Karnataka and support business growth through effective team management and institutional engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage Cluster Heads and Business Development Executives (BDEs).
- Develop and execute territory-wise sales and outreach plans.
- Monitor daily field activities, productivity, and team performance.
- Drive student enquiries, registrations, and admissions across the assigned region.
- Build and maintain relationships with medical colleges, hospitals, faculty members, interns, CRs, and student representatives.
- Plan and oversee seminars,



workshops, and campus engagement activities.
- Review sales pipelines, conversion metrics, and regional performance regularly.
- Coach team members through field visits and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Admissions teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Ensure timely CRM updates, reporting, and achievement of monthly business targets.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA is an added advantage.
- 3-7 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Area Sales Management.
- Proven experience leading field sales teams.
- Experience in EdTech, Healthcare, Pharma, or Medical Education is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English and Kannada is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively across different states.
- Own two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferre
