Qualifications:
B.E / B.Tech in CSE /. Computer Science / BCA.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of System Administration, Network Administration, and Technical Support
- Strong troubleshooting and IT problem-solving skills
- Experience in managing IT systems and networks
- Positive analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of internet security and data privacy principles
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Group Policy (GPO)
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software
- Administer user accounts, access permissions, and security policies
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network,



and printer-related issues
- Configure Microsoft Outlook, Remote Desktop, shared folders, and user access
- Manage IP configuration for desktops, laptops, CCTV systems, Wi-Fi, and biometric devices
- Perform system updates, hardware upgrades, backups, and preventive maintenance
- Maintain IT assets, software licenses, antivirus solutions, and warranty records
- Ensure network security, data protection, and system availability
- Maintain IT documentation and provide end-user technical support
