Job Title: Junior Content Writer
Location: Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune, Maharashtra
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, write, and optimize SEO-friendly blogs, articles, and web content aligned with user search intent.
- Conduct keyword research using tools like Semrush and Google Trends to identify content opportunities.
- Cover trending news topics on a daily basis.
- Optimize on-page SEO elements, including headings, meta titles, meta descriptions, internal and external links.
- Follow E-E-A-T principles and optimize content for AI Overviews, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
- Perform competitor research.
- Update and refresh existing content to improve rankings, traffic, and content freshness.
- Proofread and fact-check content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and editorial quality.
- Repurpose articles into LinkedIn posts, newsletters,



and other social media content.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, AI tools, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and the marketing team to deliver high-quality content on time.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in SEO content writing, journalism, blogging, or digital content creation.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted writing tools and modern SEO best practices.
- Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a rapid-paced editorial environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
