Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Gurgaon / Delhi NCR
Experience: 2-5 Years (Education, Preschool, School, EdTech, or Franchise Development Preferred)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive strategic partnerships, corporate tie-ups, and expansion opportunities for our preschool and daycare network. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, identifying potential locations for expansion, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage corporate partnerships and institutional tie-ups.
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion prospects.
- Explore and evaluate potential locations for new center openings.
- Build relationships with schools, residential communities, corporates, and channel partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Represent the organization at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.




- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support expansion and growth initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Franchise Development, or Expansion.
- Solid networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and business development activities.
