Job Roles and Responsibility:
- Writing clear, persuasive, and original copy/content for various social media platforms for The Propertist and its clients.
- Planning, managing, and executing content production for events, podcasts, brand shoots, interviews, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinating and heading on-ground shoots, including handling production timelines, crew coordination, shoot flow, talent management, and content execution.
- Overseeing podcast production, including shoot planning, scripting support, guest coordination, execution, and post-production follow-ups.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of social media campaigns and preparing reports on key social media metrics for both the company and clients.
- Monitoring, listening, and responding to users in a professional and engaging manner while building brand awareness for the company and clients.
- Designing, creating, and managing promotions and paid social media ad campaigns.
- Managing efforts toward building online reviews, reputation management, and audience engagement for the company and clients.
- Creating,



curating, and managing all published content across company and client pages, including images, videos, reels, podcasts, and written content.
- Coordinating with designers, editors, videographers, photographers, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and shoots.
- Assisting the strategy team in preparing marketing strategy presentations, campaign concepts, and content plans.
- Writing original content for blogs, website articles, captions, scripts, and marketing collaterals for the company and clients.
- Managing content calendars and ensuring timely delivery of content and campaign assets.
- Providing monthly performance reports and activity updates across all digital and social platforms.
- Staying updated with social media trends, content formats, podcast trends, and industry developments to bring cutting-edge ideas to campaigns and productions.
