Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities through outbound calling and outreach.
- Conduct engaging client meetings via phone or virtual platforms, ensuring clear communication of product offerings and solutions.
- Manage customer inquiries promptly, providing professional support and resolving issues efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.




- Utilize data entry and Microsoft Office tools to accurately record client interactions, sales activities, and account information.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to effectively present solutions and negotiate terms with clients.
- Support client onboarding processes by explaining services, gathering necessary information, and ensuring a seamless transition.
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities for growth, upselling, or improved service delivery.

Experience
- Previous experience in sales, customer support, or call center roles is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to handle outbound calling campaigns with confidence and professionalism.
- Strong bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, especially in English and other languages relevant to our diverse client base.
- Experience with call center operations or customer service environments that require excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
