About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Embedded Support Engineer to support and troubleshoot embedded hardware and electrical systems used in arcade gaming machines.

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot electrical, electronics, and embedded system-related issues.
- Provide technical support for arcade gaming machines.
- Assist in hardware diagnostics, maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Support installation, testing, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and assist customers in resolving technical concerns.

Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, E&C;, Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, or related fields.

Mandatory Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Versatile to work in both US & Indian time zones.:
- Basic electrical/electronics knowledge and troubleshooting understanding.
- Strong willingness to learn and problem-solving mindset.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
