Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage associate onboarding, data creation, updates, and deactivation in systems.
- Plan, schedule, and upload webinars, recordings, and related content.
- Maintain and update CRM, Course Finder, and recruitment rights.
- Process case closures, re-openings, restrictions, and agreements.
- Update commission information and management reports.
- Coordinate learning resources, chatbot updates, and quarterly brochure updates.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy of operational records and documentation.
