We are looking for an energetic and articulate Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our firm. You will combine your financial acumen with exceptional interpersonal skills to identify prospective clients, understand their funding requirements, and guide them toward the right loan products.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential individual and corporate clients through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Loan Consultation: Assess clients' financial profiles, understand their loan requirements, and advise them on suitable loan options and eligibility.
- Public Dealing & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, realtors, builders,



and other channel partners.
- Documentation & Coordination: Guide clients through the documentation process, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete before submission to banking partners.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales/disbursement targets.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on current interest rates, bank policies, and recent loan products in the market.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com, M.Com) or a related financial field is mandatory.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex financial terms in simple language.
- Public Dealing: Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to pitch, negotiate, and build rapport with diverse groups of people.
