Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing
- Process rug and vinyl orders from multiple sales portals including RS (RugShop), Amazon, eBay, Onbuy, and B&Q.;
- Manage and monitor pending and on-hold orders, updating customers on order status.
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm stock availability and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Customer Communication
- Keep customers informed of order updates, including on-hold and pending orders.
- Address vinyl-related queries whenever time permits from the order processing tasks.
- Communicate with customers regarding closed rug orders and updating them if the product is back in stock.
- Supplier Coordination:
- Contact rug suppliers as needed to confirm accurate stock availability in case of any uncertainties.
- Problem Solving
- Address any issues or discrepancies in the ordering process by liaising with suppliers and

updating customers accordingly.




- Proactively resolve stock or order-related concerns to minimize delays and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple online sales platforms and processes simultaneously.
- Experience in order processing, customer service, or supply chain coordination.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
