Tasks and Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Developer, you will play an significant role in designing and delivering Salesforce solutions that support business goals. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce development and integration capabilities. You will also contribute to maintaining coding quality and supporting continuous platform improvements.
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop custom functionality using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Configure Salesforce features and support implementation activities across projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Support real-time, batch, synchronous, and asynchronous integrations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution.
- Follow established coding standards,



development processes, and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Knowledge
- Good to have Salesforce certification.
- Demonstrate strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Possess expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning customization.
- Understand Salesforce security, configuration, and implementation practices.
- Have experience developing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Good experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Possess 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience.Be comfortable working in a remote and collaborative environment.
