We’re looking for a dynamic and result-driven skilled to lead influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, affiliate marketing, and social media engagement for our growing brand.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing
- Research, identify, and onboard relevant fashion, lifestyle, and men's grooming influencers
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns from outreach and negotiation to execution and reporting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, talent agencies, and influencer networks
- Track campaign performance, engagement, conversions, and ROI

Brand Partnerships & Collaborations
- Identify and secure strategic brand collaborations and partnership opportunities
- Coordinate co-branded campaigns, giveaways, events,



and promotional activities
- Negotiate collaboration terms and ensure mutually beneficial partnerships

Affiliate Marketing
- Identify and manage affiliate partners, publishers, and content creators
- Support the growth and optimization of affiliate marketing initiatives
- Monitor affiliate performance and prepare regular reports

Social Media & Community Management
- Support daily social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Engage with followers, customers, and creators to strengthen the PERCH community
- Coordinate with designers and content teams for campaign execution and content scheduling
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights

What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Brand Collaborations, Affiliate Marketing, or Social Media Marketing
- Strong negotiation and relationship
