About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
- Create and test ad creatives, ad copies, landing page recommendations, and campaign strategies.
- Track conversions using:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Meta Pixel
- Conversion API (preferred)
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage lead generation campaigns for various industries.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends,



platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.

Required Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models.
- Knowledge of lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Google Ads Certifications are a plus.
- Experience with CRM integration and lead tracking tools is an advantage.
