Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage customer loyalty programs that drive customer engagement and retention.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights to enhance loyalty strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing,



sales, and operations teams to design and execute loyalty initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of loyalty programs, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
