Responsibilities:
- Purpose of the Role:
- To oversee the reliability and day-to-day maintenance of civil assets at the site by developing maintenance plans, conducting audits, and devising maintenance strategies to achieve optimal equipment availability and minimize maintenance costs within the limits of short-term and long-term objectives of the organization.

- Responsibilities -:
- Functional Planning and Strategy -- Provide inputs in creating Civil maintenance strategy & create a roadmap to ensure adherence to overall objectives, goals




- Oversee end to end execution / implementation of business plans
- Collaborate with leadership to identify current initiatives/ projects and set operational plans that meet these future demands
- Participate in Civil maintenance budgeting cycle & process and provide inputs on budget allocation for own sub-function/ team
- Oversee deployment of own budget and ensure efficient utilization and minimum variance in target v/s actual
- Execute corrective and preventive actions in alignment with organizational policies and guidelines
- Mitigate potential risks by promptly addressing issues and minimizing production or quality losses during unplanned failures
- Reliability and Maintenance -- Lead the development of comprehensive maintenance plans and strategies to ensure continuous availability of civil assets by minimizing equipment downtime. Ensure minimum production/ quality loss in event of unplanned failur
