About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and business-focused Legal Associate to support OnGrid's rapidly growing operations. This role offers an chance to work closely with leadership, commercial teams, product teams, and external stakeholders on a wide range of legal, contractual, compliance, and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, negotiate,



and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including:Customer Agreements
- Vendor Contracts
- Service Agreements
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)
- Partnership Agreements
- Terms of Use and Privacy Policies
- Partner with business teams to provide practical legal advice and support commercial transactions.
- Manage the complete contract lifecycle, including execution, tracking, renewals, amendments, and closure of agreements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks associated with business operations.
- Support compliance initiatives related to corporate governance, data privacy, information security, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor evolving legal and regulatory developments and advise stakeholders on their impact on the business.
