About the Role
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads while ensuring compliance with Australian advertising standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Generate qualified leads for:
- Heat Pump Hot Water Systems
- Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning
- Solar PV Systems
- Battery Storage Systems
Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
Create engaging marketing content, landing pages, and promotional materials.
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and advertising platform insights.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Work closely with the sales team to improve lead generation and customer acquisition.
Stay up to date with VEU program changes and Australian digital marketing best practices.
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in digital marketing within Australia's VEU industry.
Demonstrated success marketing one or more of the following:
- Heat Pumps
- Air Conditioning
- Solar PV
- Battery Systems
Solid experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
Experience with Google Analytics and campaign reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with energy efficiency, renewable energy, or government rebate programs.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Graphic design or video editing skills are an advantage.
