Waffle Castle is looking for hardworking and enthusiastic Kitchen Helpers / Utility Team Members to support daily kitchen and store operations. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn and build a career in the food service industry. Complete training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, counter area, and customer seating area throughout the day.
- Assist the kitchen team with ingredient preparation, restocking, and workstation setup.
- Clean utensils, equipment, and work surfaces by following the Clean As You Go (CAYG) principle.
- Ensure proper waste disposal and maintain hygiene standards at all times.
- Receive, organize, and store inventory as directed by the Store Manager.
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) practices for stock rotation.
- Support the team with packaging, serving, and other operational tasks during busy hours.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.

Requirements:




- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience is not mandatory.
- Experience in a restaurant, café, bakery, or QSR is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness is preferred.
- Physically fit, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
- Age between 18-30 years.
- Willing to work flexible mall shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
