Graduate Operations Associate — Team Support & Case Handling

Location: Hybrid — Vega Center, Swargate, Pune

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹55,000 per month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, disciplined, and well-spoken graduate to join our Pune operations team.

This role is for someone who can manage people, communicate clearly, follow processes, and support the Operations Manager with day-to-day admin and team coordination.

Our company provides an online service appeal tool that helps clients in the United States challenge high property appraisal values. Because our clients are based in the US, strong English, attention to detail, and qualified communication are extremely important.

This is not a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support a team of case handlers
- Help ensure case handlers complete work accurately and on time
- Check progress, follow up on pending tasks, and report delays
- Assist the Operations Manager with admin and operational duties




- Help organise team meetings and staff updates
- Attend the office when required to check team performance and support floor operations
- Communicate clearly with team members and management
- Review basic case information and ensure processes are being followed
- Help maintain spreadsheets, reports, task trackers, and internal records
- Support the team in maintaining a professional standard of work

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate degree is mandatory
- Strong written and spoken English
