Process: HSBC Cards HQ - Outbound Process
Education: Undergraduate & Above
Shift: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM | Sunday Fixed
CTC: Up to 40,000 per month
In-Hand: Up to 35,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound calls to customers.
- Explain credit card products/services and offers.
- Generate leads and convert prospects.
- Maintain customer records and achieve assigned targets.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Outbound calling experience preferred.
- Candidates available for immediate joining preferred.
