We are hiring candidates for the position of BPO Telecaller – Outbound Process. Freshers with valuable Hindi communication skills are welcome to apply.

Salary:
Up to 17,000 In-Hand per month
Unlimited Performance-Based Incentives

Shift Timing:
Day Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Rotational Weekly Off

Eligibility Criteria:

- Freshers can apply
- Good Hindi communication skills are required
- Candidates should have good interpersonal and convincing skills
- Willingness to work in an outbound calling process

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers/leads
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Explain relevant services or offerings over the phone
- Handle customer queries effectively
- Maintain accurate call and follow-up records
- Achieve assigned calling and performance targets
