About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Creative & Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a robust visual sense, excellent design skills, and the ability to translate creative briefs into engaging and impactful designs across digital and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create visually appealing designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, presentations, websites, and marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts based on brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
- Design social media posts, reels covers, banners, stories, thumbnails, brochures, presentations, and other marketing collaterals.
- Collaborate with the Creative, Content, Social Media, and Marketing teams to understand requirements and deliver designs within deadlines.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colors, layouts, and visual language.
- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for various digital platforms.
- Stay updated with current design trends, creative styles, and social media aesthetics.
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final designs meet quality standards.
- Organize and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop,



Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of Figma, Canva, or other design tools is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into compelling visual concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Candidates from reputed institutes such as NIFT, MICA, NID, Pearl Academy, or other leading design/creative institutions will be preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in an agency, media, marketing, advertising, or corporate environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital, social media, branding, and campaign designs is required.
