Role Overview

Astral Paints is looking for a Depot Incharge to manage end-to-end depot operations including warehouse management, billing, order processing, and system handling (SAP & DMS). The role ensures smooth material flow, inventory accuracy, and timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle overall depot management and warehouse operations.
- Manage GRN (Goods Receipt), billing, and order processing activities.
- Monitor and control inventory, stock aging, and reconciliation.
- Track and maintain POD (Proof of Delivery) and ensure timely closure.
- Work on SAP and DMS systems for accurate data entry and reporting.




- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper dispatch planning and material movement.
- Maintain MIS reports and operational documentation.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Strong experience in Depot & Warehouse Management
- Hands-on experience in SAP and DMS (mandatory)
- Knowledge of GRN, billing, order management, and POD tracking
- Good understanding of inventory control and aging analysis
- Robust coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
