Job description:
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Design and execute developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligning with educational standards.:
- Classroom Management: Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment where students feel safe discussing complex social and political topics.:
- Assessment & Evaluation: Grade assignments, track academic performance, and provide meaningful feedback to improve student outcomes.:
- Skill Building: Develop students’ critical thinking, research, and analytical skills through spirited debates and project-based learning.:
- Parental Communication: Regularly update parents or guardians on student progress, behavioral milestones, and areas needing improvement.:
- Professional Growth: Stay informed on current events and collaborate with colleagues on cross-curricular initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in History, Geography, Political Science, or a related field; B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) is typically required.:
- Experience:



Minimum of 2-5 years of teaching experience at the secondary or higher secondary level.:
- Hard Skills: Proficient in using instructional technology, data-driven assessment, and curriculum development.:
- Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, conflict resolution, cultural sensitivity, and robust classroom management capabilities.:
