The Materials/Logistics Head plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of materials planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations for the plant. This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional organizational skills to ensure productive and cost-effective supply chain management.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Materials Planning and Procurement:
- Develop and implement materials planning strategies to ensure an uninterrupted supply of raw materials, components, and equipment for manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to determine material requirements based on production schedules and demand forecasts.
- Identify potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strategic partnerships to optimize pricing, delivery, and quality of materials.
- Monitor supplier performance, manage vendor relationships, and resolve any issues
