Making Authority Letter & Maintain the Documentation records.
Doing or Making all kinds of agreements as per the requirements.
Coordinate with customer /Partners/ JV / Other related to the agreements.
As per the flow & requirements of directors/ MD you should make the agreements.
Qualification : LLB Is must & LLM
Exp - min 1yr to2yr
Skilled fees - 20000
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹19,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
