Job Summary

Requirements:
- Experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and lead generation campaigns.
- Familiarity with campaign analytics and performance tracking.
- Basic graphic and content understanding is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
- Generate quality leads and drive ticket sales for BeastDrive events.
- Conduct audience research and build targeted advertising strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.
- Manage advertising budgets and maximize ROI.
- Create and test ad creatives, copy, and campaign strategies.
- Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS,



and conversions.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the content and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
