Key Responsibilities

Draft job descriptions, source and build talent pipelines, screen candidates, coordinate interviews and assessments, manage offer negotiations, and pre- and post-onboarding activities.
Create employer brand content and social media campaigns, and partner strategically with hiring managers to meet talent needs while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Advise on all employee relations, including labor legislation-related matters from hiring to exit, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies, and advising managers on employment matters.
Lead end-to-end core HRMS system management and seamlessly manage all HR tasks efficiently.
Support business functions by enhancing employee value proposition and delivering positive people experience through various employee engagement initiatives.
