1-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance (freshers may be considered for trainee roles).
Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment.
Familiarity with motors, pumps, compressors, conveyors, and basic PLC systems is an advantage.
Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and maintenance manuals.
Basic knowledge of electrical safety and industrial safety practices.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and overtime, if required.
Physically fit and capable of handling maintenance tasks.
Preferred:
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
