About Us
TripCarnival Tourism is a Dubai-based Destination Management Company (DMC) offering end-to-end travel solutions including visas, hotels, tour packages, and transfers. We are expanding our presence in Ahmedabad and are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to drive field sales and build strong relationships with local travel agents.

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Sales Representative to visit travel agents across Ahmedabad on a daily basis. The primary focus of this role is to pitch and promote our range of services — visas, hotels, tour packages, and transfers — build agent networks, and generate consistent business through solid field presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to travel agencies across Ahmedabad
- Pitch and promote TripCarnival's services including visas, hotel bookings, tour packages, and airport/local transfers
- Build and maintain strong,



long-term relationships with existing and new travel agent partners
- Onboard new travel agents and explain products, pricing, and turnaround times across all service categories
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly visit and sales targets
- Follow up on pending documentation, bookings, and quotations
- Maintain a database of visited agents, leads, and conversion status
- Report daily field activity and sales updates to the reporting manager
- Stay updated on visa policies, hotel rates, package deals, and market trends

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in travel, tourism, or visa services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Own two-wheeler preferred for daily travel across the city
- Good knowledge of the Ahmedabad travel agent market is an advantage
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with daily fieldwork
- Basic knowledge of visa
