Responsible for Handling an Engineering Team across Mechanical & Electromechanical which deals with multiple product portfolio in Distribution (Lateral Protection Products), Substation and Transmission Switching & Fusing Products (Medium/High Voltage).
Responsible & Participate in Design & Development, Project Planning, Staffing, Team Management, Process Management, Procurement & Infrastructure Management, Stake Holders Communication & Reporting, Risk Management and Budget Management.A Day In The Life
Lead and Manage the Projects as a hands-on Employee using Technical & Administrative Skills to Oversee & Complete Engineering Projects.
Foster collaboration across different engineering disciplines creates a positive, productive work environment.
Develop, track and publish metrics.
Meeting with the team, provide constructive feedback, and support professional growth within the team.
Prioritize tasks, monitor project progress, and address any issues that could hinder team productivity.
Collaborate with Counterpart stakeholders to define project requirements, priorities,
and timelines.
Interact in a multi-disciplinary team workplace to achieve the best possible product from all functional viewpoints.
Ability to Communicate Technical & Design information to Stakeholders in Clear, Concise & Accurate Manner.
Solve complex technical issues and provide guidance on best practices and technical methodologies
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and progress to the US team.
Foster transparent communication between offshore and onshore teams to bridge any geographical or cultural gaps.
Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring resources are used effectively and costs are kept within allocated limits.
Continually evaluate new technologies, look for technical advancements.
Keep cognizant of emerging technologies and markets.
