Job Summary-
- Representing the project as a Subject matter expert
- A positive communicator and relationship building & interpersonal skills, strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
- Experience in managing and validating customs filing process - Preparing training material and process SOPs.
- Working closely with Customer, multiple stakeholders to process activities and task pertaining to air logistics especially in Custom filing process
- Should be able to proactively resolve customer issues with high sense of urgency.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in air logistics and/or ocean freight forwarding domain.
- Ability to execute / process business related task / procedures for Logistics / Freight forwarders companies
- Experience in operations, performance management and drive for improvements




- Must have knowledge of Logistics Marketplace concepts and customer demands
- A Subject matter expert with comprehensive knowledge of business processes, Process Management, and procedures followed in end to end export import documentation
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in air logistics and/or ocean freight forwarding domain.
