- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Minimum 1+ Year of International Voice Process Experience (mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
