Job Title: GeM & Tender Executive
Experience: 3-4 Years
Salary: ₹50,000 per month
Location: Mira Road, Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage GeM Portal operations, product listings, and bid participation.
- Search, analyze, and submit government and private tenders.
- Prepare tender documents, quotations, technical and commercial bids.
- Coordinate with internal departments for tender-related documentation and approvals.
- Track tender status, bid results, and contract execution.
- Ensure compliance with GeM, government procurement, and tender guidelines.
- Maintain records of bids, contracts, EMDs, and other tender-related documents.
- Follow up with clients and government departments regarding tender processes and orders.




- Generate business opportunities through GeM and tender platforms.

Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience with GeM Portal and e-tendering processes.
- Knowledge of government procurement procedures and documentation.
- Robust MS Excel, Word, and reporting skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet submission deadlines.

Preferred Industry: Manufacturing, Medical Devices, Healthcare, Engineering, or Government Supply Industry.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
