Our Payroll department sees itself as a modern, central support function.

In your role as a Payroll Specialist, you will provide operational support as a competent point of contact for the business units assigned to you in all matters relating to payroll.

- Your Responsibilities:
- You proactively and professionally solve challenges in the field of payroll
- You carry out all payroll activities in collaboration with our payroll provider
- You answer questions regarding salary, social security, working hours, vacation, maternity leave, parental leave, etc.
- You review special cases with regard to tax and social security relevance
- You work closely with our Business Partners / Employee Experience team
- You are a trustworthy and committed individual and are characterized by a reliable and efficient way of working




- You independently organize your area of responsibility and maintain an overview even under time pressure
- Strong teamwork skills and enjoyment in working with people complete your profile

Qualifications
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Several years of professional experience in payroll
- Good MS Office skills - especially Excel
- Organizational skills, reliability in time deadlines, ability to work under pressure, assertiveness, and flexibility
- Knowledge of Workday is an advantage
