Job Summary

Pure Spa is seeking an energetic and results-oriented Sales Executive to identify, approach, and onboard hotel partners for spa management and operating partnerships. The role involves developing relationships with hotel owners, general managers, and hospitality decision-makers to expand Pure Spa’s presence across premium hotels and resorts.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Partner Acquisition
- Identify and approach hotels,



resorts, clubs, and hospitality properties for spa management opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, market research, and field visits.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective hotel partners.

Sales & Presentations
- Present Pure Spa’s business model, operational capabilities, and revenue-sharing opportunities to hotel decision-makers.
- Conduct meetings, site visits, and business presentations.
- Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and partnership agreements.
- Negotiate terms and successfully close partnership deals.

Relationship Management
- Develop strong relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, Operations Heads, and Asset Managers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new hotel partners.
- Maintain long-term relationships to identify expansion opportunities within partner properties.
