Job Title: Telecaller Pharma Sales & E-commerce Lead Management
Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur
Experience Required: 1+ year of Exp.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecaller with experience in Telesales, coordination and e-commerce lead handling. The role involves reaching out to existing pharma clients to generate repeat manufacturing orders, as well as managing and converting new inquiries received through platforms like IndiaMART and other online channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing pharmaceutical clients to follow up on previous business and generate new manufacturing orders.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Respond promptly to new leads,



qualify prospects, and convert them into business opportunities.
- Maintain proper records of calls, client interactions, and lead status in CRM or internal systems.
- Follow up regularly with potential clients to close deals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a telecaller, sales executive, or customer support role
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Basic computer skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
