We are looking to hire a dynamic recruiter to fill the pivotal role of Recruitment Specialist - Internand work out of our Gurgaon HQ.
You shall be a graduate from a Tier-1 college (HR / Sciences) with about 6-months of recruiting experience. It would be great if you have worked in a recruiting agency.
As the Recruitment Specialist, you will:
- Use the online/offline recruiting tools & techniques.
- Do background & reference checks.
- Prepare JDs and post them online.
- Provide support to Head-Recruitment in all recruitment-related functions.
You are a good fit if you:
- Have experience of sourcing for start-ups.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and flair for recruiting.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
