Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily on-ground operations and project implementation.
- Lead, mentor, and collaborate with diverse teams to achieve organisational goals.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with community stakeholders, partners, and team members.
- Adapt to evolving project needs and proactively problem-solve operational challenges.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Traits: Proactive, quick-thinking, adaptable, and comfortable in leadership roles.
- Age Profile: 25 to 40 years.
- Experience: Prior experience in the field of Education or Skill Development is highly advantageous.
- Knowing Hindi language is an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
