Job Title: Visa Counselor (Europe Study Visa Specialist)

About the Role
This role is best suited for someone who understands the international education industry and can confidently guide students throughout their study abroad journey — from counseling to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding study opportunities in European countries.
- Guide students about courses, universities, admission procedures, visa documentation, and eligibility criteria.
- Handle student queries through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings professionally.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective counseling.
- Assist students in choosing the right country, course, and university based on their profile.
- Maintain proper follow-up with leads and prospective students.
- Stay updated with the latest Europe study visa rules and immigration policies.
- Coordinate with the admissions and documentation team whenever required.
- Prior experience as a Visa Counselor or Study Visa Counselor is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Europe Study Visas is mandatory.
- Must have good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to understand student requirements and guide them professionally.
