Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day inventory activities for raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and consumables.
- Maintain accurate inward and outward stock records.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reporting for replenishment requirements.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock audits.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and procurement teams for smooth inventory flow.
- Maintain inventory records in ERP/software systems and ensure proper documentation.
- Verify received materials against purchase orders and invoices.
- Track damaged, expired, excess,



or slow-moving inventory and report discrepancies.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed wherever applicable.
- Support dispatch planning and stock transfers.
- Maintain proper organization and cleanliness of inventory storage areas.
- Generate inventory reports and share updates with management.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in inventory/stores/warehouse management.
- Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, retail, or related industry preferred.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management principles.
- Familiarity with Excel and inventory software/ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Graduate preferred.
