Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior US Recruiter with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing high-level full-cycle recruitment across diverse (non IT) industries for our US clients.



You will utilize advanced sourcing techniques and mentor-level expertise to identify top-tier talent and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced Sourcing:Architect sophisticated sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, X-ray searches, and major job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder) to find passive talent.
- Multi-Industry Support:Adapt quickly to diverse job requirements across different sectors such as Engineering, Finance, or Professional Services based on client needs.
- Stakeholder Management:Collaborate directly with US-based account managers and clients to define job specifications, manage expectations, and provide regular status updates.
- Market Leadership:Stay ahead of US labor laws, visa regulations (H1B, Green Card, etc.), and market trends to provide consultative advice to internal teams and clients.
- Reporting & Analytics:Utilize ATS/CRM systems to track recruitment metrics, analyze pipeline health, and optimize time-to-fill
