RPR Data Services Pvt. Ltd. is a growing KPO organization delivering business and operational support services to clients across various industries. We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance to support our finance operations and ensure timely regulatory adherence.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts and financial records.
- Prepare vouchers, journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
- Handle GST calculations, reconciliations, and return filings.
- Perform TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing activities.
- Assist in Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation and filing.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and taxation requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management.
- Support internal and external audits and maintain documentation.

Required Skills:
- Strong accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.




- Hands-on GST filing and reconciliation experience.
- Knowledge of TDS calculations and compliance requirements.
- Understanding of ITR preparation and taxation processes.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Solid analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- 1-3 years of relevant Accounts & Compliance experience.
- Must have worked under a Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Hands-on experience in GST Filings, ITR Returns, TDS Calculations, and Compliance Work.
- Ability to independently manage accounting responsibilities.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
- Preferred: B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), MBA (Finance), CA Inter (Appeared/Pursuing) or equivalent.

Compensation & Other Details
- Salary Range: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
