Job Title: Medical Marketing Executive / Healthcare Relationship Manager

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Visit doctors, clinics, and hospitals to promote the organization’s healthcare services and specialties
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors, hospital staff, and key stakeholders
- Generate, monitor, and track patient referrals to ensure consistent business growth
- Plan and organize CMEs (Continuing Medical Education programs), health camps, and promotional activities
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, billing, patient care) to ensure seamless patient handling and experience
- Gather and share market intelligence, including competitor activities, trends, and opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of daily visits, doctor interactions, and referral data in CRM or reporting systems
- Develop and manage a comprehensive doctor database for ongoing engagement
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing and referral targets

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management,



or Business Administration (MBA in Marketing/Healthcare preferred)
- Additional certifications in healthcare marketing or hospital management are an advantage

Experience
- 1-5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, hospital business development, or pharmaceutical sales
- Proven track record of achieving referral or sales targets
- Experience in handling doctor relationships and organizing medical events (CMEs, camps, etc.)

- Good knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem and referral networks
