HR Recruiter

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our company.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities
- Ensure timely closure of open positions across office and site requirements
- Willingness to travel to office locations and project/site locations(accross India) as required for recruitment activities(mandatory)

Skills & Requirements
- Strong expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Must be fluent in both English and Hindi (spoken and written)
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and local job portals




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills

Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment is mandatory
- Experience in MEP, construction, or engineering recruitment will be an added advantage
- Salary is based on experience & interview performance
- Immediate joiners prefered

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
