School Partnerships Executive / Business Development Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for field-driven school partnership professionals who already have strong relationships with schools, principals, directors, and school management teams in their city.

This is not an inside sales role.

If you have an existing school network and understand how school decision-making works, we'd like to speak with you.

What You'll Own
- Build and manage relationships with school principals, directors, trustees, and academic coordinators
- Generate current school partnerships across your assigned territory
- Conduct school visits, presentations, workshops, awareness sessions, and engagement programs
- Represent the platform during meetings with school leadership teams
- Manage the complete partnership lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding
- Build a strong pipeline of schools and maintain regular follow-ups
- Identify partnership opportunities within private, CBSE, ICSE, and state-board schools




- Achieve monthly school acquisition and onboarding targets

What We're Looking ForMust-Have
- 1-3 years of experience in:
- School Partnerships
- Institutional Sales
- School Outreach
- Education Partnerships
- EdTech Field Sales
- Experience meeting school decision-makers directly
- Experience conducting school visits and presentations
- Strong understanding of the local school ecosystem
- Ability to work independently in the field
