Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Business Development Manager to support the company's growth initiatives. The role involves lead generation, customer engagement, market research, digital marketing support, and business development activities to expand Satyam Technocrats' presence across industries.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Schedule meetings and technical discussions for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records.

Marketing Activities
- Support execution of digital marketing campaigns.




- Manage company presence on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Coordinate creation of marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Assist in organizing exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
- Conduct competitor and market research.

Customer Engagement
- Follow up on enquiries and quotations.
- Coordinate with technical teams to understand customer requirements.
- Assist in proposal preparation and submission.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.

Reporting & Analysis
- Track leads, opportunities, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and business development performance.

Required Skills:
