Sr Manager - General Accounting

The position demands extensive experience in managing diverse stakeholder relationships while driving value-added discussions through comprehensive process knowledge and business acumen. Delivering operational excellence to meet Service Level Agreement requirements is paramount.
The position involves collaborative engagement with business and client teams while assuming comprehensive responsibility for communication and stakeholder engagement during service transitions and account onboarding.
The individual will serve as a change management ambassador, aligning closely with organizational objectives. The role requires driving organizational strategy implementation,
establishing robust operational structures, managing workforce planning, enhancing skill development, and defining operational frameworks aligned with the organization's strategic vision.
Maintaining complete compliance with internal and external audit requirements and control frameworks is mandatory.
The position involves providing strategic direction and coaching to operations teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and consistent delivery of commitments.
Proactive communication of success stories and achievements to senior leadership is expected.
The role requires fostering a culture of proactive ownership within the team, embracing a "First Time Right" methodology to ensure seamless business-as-usual operations while championing change initiatives through both tactical and strategic approaches.
