Production Management: Prioritize and schedule daily workloads to meet delivery deadlines.
- Quality Control: Oversee the inspection of machined parts using precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and manage the performance of shift operators and machinists.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure CNC and conventional machines undergo routine maintenance and repair.
- Process Optimization: Implement Lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and reduce conversion costs.
- Safety Compliance: Monitor the shop floor to enforce proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety policies.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
